The website www.leschosesparticulieres.com offers a selection of new decorative objects, crafts, collectibles and vintage objects and furniture from flea markets. Items are offered within the limits of available stocks.
Each product is accompanied by a description and one or more photographs.
These images, which feature the products, are intended to be as real as possible. On the other hand, they cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the article offered, in particular because of the brightness when taking the photos as well as the differences in color from one computer screen to another.
Vintage items are second-hand and have been used, with varying degrees of visible age and wear. Also, minor flaws and other imperfections are common. Be aware that you are buying items as is.
However, we make sure that all mechanical defects or unsightly marks are repaired.
Some pieces of furniture are revisited or reinterpreted by us in order to update them or give them a new lease of life.
You should also know that the items correspond to the standards that were in force at the time, but not to current standards (toys and furniture for children, electrical system, etc.) All vintage electrical and electronic items are sold AS IS without warranty, expressed or implied. In addition, electrical and electronic items cannot comply with current electrical safety standards. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that their purchase is safe for the intended use.
The buyer must pay the full payment of his order at the time of validation.
Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included and do not include delivery costs. Prices are firm and non-negotiable.
Delivery costs vary according to the weight and volume of the products. The amount of the costs is indicated during the validation of the order.
Pursuant to Article L.120-18 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days to return the items that do not suit him at his own expense, for an exchange or a refund.
This period runs from the day of receipt of the order.
This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of shipping and return costs. Items must be returned in their original condition, in their original packaging. Otherwise, the products will not be refunded, taken back or exchanged.
Once the buyer has exercised his right of withdrawal within the time limit, SARL LBP undertakes to reimburse him within 30 days of the date on which this right was exercised (article L.121-20-1 of the Consumer Code), all sums paid, with the exception of shipping and return costs.
In the event of a special order made for the customer, no returns or refunds will be granted.

RETURN AND REFUND
You have a period of 14 days upon receipt of your package, object or piece of furniture, to change your mind about your purchase. Only products returned as a whole will be taken back, in their original packaging, complete and intact, and in perfect condition for resale. If this condition is met, the refund will be made within 30 days.

We pay great attention to the quality of the packaging. Fragile materials such as lamps, glass, etc. are double packed. During transport, especially abroad, they go through many services, and some items may arrive damaged despite the packaging precautions taken. The shipped product is no longer under our control and responsibility. So, upon receipt, in front of the deliverers and before signing the delivery note, you must check the condition, and in the event of an anomaly and damage, you must precisely report the observed damage to the packaging and the contents on the delivery/dispatch note. On this condition alone, an appeal can be made to the carrier for a refund request. And in this case, contact us within 3 days.
